How can I acquire San Miguel shares?
There are two types of San Miguel Corporation (SMC) shares: Class A and Class B. Class A shares, representing 60% of SMC’s authorized capital stock, may be owned by Filipino citizens only, while Class B shares, representing 40% of the authorized capital stock, may be owned by both foreigners and Filipinos. The minimum board lot for SMC shares in the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) is one hundred (100) shares. To acquire SMC shares, you may get in touch with any stockbroker listed in the PSE where SMC shares are listed.
